In Another Kin, a starship pilot searches the universe for a being like them. In Polycule, a carbon atom wants to bond with more than the average two oxygen molecules. In Is This a Date?, a young lesbian gets help from her best friend to answer that age old question. In Message Received, that same friend awkwardly tries to establish a relationship. In Crafty, a cake decorator opines about the state of the world. In Miles to Go, a transgender male college student is surrounded by less than helpful roommates.
