Orange Renée Betelgeuse

Orange (she/he/they) is thrilled to be participating in their first show with Queer Theatre Kalamazoo. Not only is this his first play with QTK, it's his first (pun intended) straight play. Orange to date has been in over 15 musicals. Some of her favorite roles include Elle Woods in Legally Blonde, Barfée in Spelling Bee and Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors. Outside of community theatre, Orange also works in music and theatre professionally as well as a Community Living Support Specialist, helping disabled individuals develop independence skills. He also enjoys dancing, biking, vintage clothes and winning board games. Orange would like to thank everyone involved in the show including her many new friends and Sarah for entrusting her with the honor of originating the role of Alyssa. You've all brought such joy and laughter to my life. Thanks to the bottom of my heart.
