Mary Emma Heaps

Mary Emma is a human who values authenticity and love above all else. With too many interests to count (or excel at), a few favorites include sewing, creating music, and board gaming. It's been far too long since Mary Emma acted in a production but their most recent activity with Queer Theatre Kalamazoo was doing music and sound for Shedding the Antlers. Before that, Mary Emma and partner, "C" have been producing, acting, costuming, and writing theatre pieces since meeting 20 years ago.  Three children and a million lifetimes later, they both continue to value performance as a means of self expression, societal progression, and artistic freedom.
