Mars Wilson
He/They
Born and raised in Michigan, Mars is a 2020 Graduate of Kalamazoo College's Theatre Arts program with a concentration in Women, Gender, and Sexuality. He is a member of WOW Café Theater in Manhattan, New York and has worked with them to improve trans and non-binary inclusion within the collective. Mars also has experience in technical aspects of the theatre as well as performing, stage managing, house managing, and community engagement. He debuted his directing career with QTK in 2021 with "Man and Moon" by Siena Marilyn Ledger. They are eternally grateful for the opportunities QTK has provided for the advocacy of Trans/Queer visibility in theatre and drama while engaging in the magic of dramatic theatre with experimental methods.
While Mars is no stranger to QTK, “Let’s Have A Satanic Orgy!” is his performing debut with the group! He is a proud cat dad to two rescues and enjoys painting and drawing in his free time. Mars is thrilled to be performing in a musical production for the first time since K College’s production of “Fun Home” in 2017-2018! He has high hopes for performing more in the near future!
