
Addison Burleigh

Addison Burleigh is an aspiring backstage technician and a soon to be graduate of Kalamazoo Valley Community College, earning a associate degree in Liberal Arts. Her design credits include Beauty and the Beast Jr. and Descendants Jr., as well as serving as the Assistant Lighting Designer for the award-winning production of Hadestown Teen Edition—recipient of the Sutton Foster Award for Best High School Lighting Design in Michigan.
Beyond the lighting console, Addison has served as Stage Manager for Mary Poppins Jr. and worked as a spotlight operator for several local Kalamazoo theaters. A leader in the technical community, she presented on the development of high school USITT chapters at the 2025 USITT Conference in Columbus, Ohio. Addison is beyond excited to join The Lysistrata Project at Queer Theatre Kalamazoo. She extends her deepest gratitude to Lori Burleigh, Carrie Phillips, Anna Reel, and everyone who has supported her passion for technical theater.
